Shipping:
  • Standard shipping calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, please consider transit time. Holidays are subject to longer processing time.
  • FREE local pickup is available in Friendswood, TX!
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit or once delivered via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex. 
Our online return policy and in store return policy are different, please read below:
Online Returns ONLY:
  • You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to you to send us back unworn, unwashed, regular priced clothing, swimwear, shoes, and handbags in original condition with tags still attached for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit. All other items are final sales. 
  • We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock.
  • The item(s) must be in its original form, not altered in any way, this includes but not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on clothes, perfume, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
  • Any "On sale" item or any item purchased with a coupon code over 20% off are final sales. Any custom item, jewelry, scarves, socks, hats/hair accessories, makeup, keychains, home decor, candles, wax melts, car fresheners, greeting cards, notepads, stickers, pens, sunglasses and undergarments (camis, bras, bralettes, leggings) are final sales.
  • Shoes returned using the original shoe box as the shipping container is not acceptable.
  • Swimwear MUST have it's sanitary liner still attached to be eligible for a return.
  • If we receive an item outside its normal condition or postmarked after the 14 days, you will be subject to a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. We do not pay for return shipping.
  • We also suggest you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable, if you received free shipping, the amount we paid to ship your order will be deducted out of your total returned amount as a restocking fee.
  • Returns are issued to your original form of payment unless you state you want store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card that is emailed to your email on file. 
  • If you purchase online and come in store to return, we will follow the in store policy below,

In Store, Store Credit/Exchange Policy: 

  • You have 14 days from the date you purchased in store to bring back unworn, unwashed, regular priced clothing, swimwear, shoes, and handbags in original condition with tags still attached for store credit or exchange only. Everything else is final sale.

  • If we receive an item outside its normal condition, we have the right to reject the return. 
  • Store credit is issued via a paper gift card, emailed gift card, or text gift card. We are not responsible for keeping up with your store credit. 


*** Defective/Damaged Items: Please reach out to us within our policy window to report any defective or damaged items so our customer service can assist you. If you report any items after our policy window there is nothing we can do as it is now considered wear and tear. 

** All items must be unworn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached at the time of return. A receipt for in store or a order number for online is required in order to process a return.
