Shipping:
  • Standard shipping calculated at checkout. FREE on orders $49 and over!
  • Orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, please consider transit time. Estimated shipping dates are just an estimate and subject to change. Holidays are subject to longer processing time.
  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during transit or once delivered via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or Fedex. 
  • We are able to offer FREE return protection for $1.50 through our RE:DO Return portal, they cover return shipping if the $1.50 is paid for at checkout, if it is NOT purchased, you are responsible for the full cost of the return shipping. 

* Please note the RE:DO return protection is auto added to the cart, if you do not wish to purchase the protection or the item you are purchasing isn't eligible to return, please remove the return protection before checking out. We are unable to cancel or refund that fee once the order is processed. 

* FREE SHIPPING: If you are eligible for Free Shipping or use a coupon code promotion to receive Free Shipping, your order will ship first class mail or priority mail depending on weight of the package. Free Shipping orders are not eligible for faster mail services such as priority mail express or UPS express. If you select an express shipping method but use a coupon to take off shipping, it cancels out the express option as it wasn’t paid for. If you NEED an order to ship express mail, please do not select Free Shipping or use a Free shipping promotion. 

How do I return?
To start a return, visit our return center here.   
• You will visit the account login page and enter your email or order number to access your account
    • Once you see the order click and follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
    • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation with shipping guidelines and return instructions in our returns center portal
Our online return policy and in store return policy are different, please read below:
Online Returns ONLY:
  • You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to you to send us back unworn, unwashed, regular priced clothing, swimwear, shoes, and handbags in original condition with tags still attached for a refund to your original form of payment or store credit in the form of a gift-card. All other items are final sales. 
  • We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the item you want will be in stock.
  • The item(s) must be in its original form, not altered in any way, this includes but not limited to the following: makeup stains from trying on clothes, perfume, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.
  • Any "On sale" item or any item purchased with a coupon code over 20% off are FINAL SALES. ALL Jewelry, Mixologie brand items , Thread brand items (only the wallets, lanyards, and lip balm holders), and any item under our "gifts & more" tab on the website are also FINAL SALES. Final sales mean NO returns or exchanges. 
  • Shoes returned using the original shoe box as the shipping container is not acceptable.
  • Swimwear MUST have it's sanitary liner still attached to be eligible for a return.
  • If we receive an item outside its normal condition or postmarked after the 14 days, you will be subject to a $10.00 shipping and handling fee for the item(s) to be shipped back to you. We do not pay for return shipping.
  • We also suggest you use a shipping method with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
  • Shipping charges are non refundable, if you received free shipping, the amount we paid to ship your order will be deducted out of your total returned amount as a restocking fee. We ONLY offer FREE return shipping if the $1.50 Return shipping protection was purchased at checkout, if not, you are fully responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Returns are issued to your original form of payment unless you state you want store credit. Store credit is issued in the form of an e-gift card that is emailed to your email on file. 
  • Online returns CANNOT be returned in person, they must go through our return portal online and be shipped back to us.

*** Defective/Damaged Items: Please reach out to us within our policy window to report any defective or damaged items so our customer service can assist you. If you report any items after our policy window there is nothing we can do as it is now considered wear and tear. 

** All items must be unworn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached at the time of return. A receipt for in store or a your email for online is required in order to process a return. 

** Please allow 5-10 business days for transit time and an additional 2-3 business days for your refund to be processed.

 

* In Store, Store Credit/Exchange Policy: 

For all in store purchases made at our location inside of Silver Bee Boutique, those purchases will go through Silver Bee's system, therefore will follow their store credit and exchange policy. Please see their full policy displayed in store.
